These sensors are used to monitor the casing vibration of large and medium-sized rotating machinery, including steam turbines, water turbines, fans, compressors, turboexpanders, motors and generators, exciters, gearboxes, water pumps, etc. They are widely applied in industries such as electric power, petroleum, chemicals, and metallurgy, as well as in some scientific research institutions.
The Accelerometer 200150 is exclusively used with compatible Transducer Interface Modules (TIMs) in the Trendmaster Pro quasi-continuous online condition monitoring system. The specific frequency response of this accelerometer is only suitable for general application scenarios. When monitoring machines with relatively slow rotational speeds, please use the 200155 accelerometer together with a properly configured proTIM. For acceleration envelope applications, use the 200157 accelerometer with a properly configured proTIM.
The piezoelectric sensing device in the 20015x series accelerometers generates an electric charge when subjected to vibration. The 20015x accelerometers are housed seismic sensors suitable for general purposes, featuring a wide frequency range. When used in conjunction with Trendmaster® proTIMs, these accelerometers can convert the generated charge into a differential voltage signal that is proportional to the acceleration parallel to the sensor’s sensitive axis.
The 20015x accelerometers have a hermetically sealed, stainless steel housing, making them highly robust and ideal for use in harsh industrial environments. A 5-pin connector mounted on the top of the sensor allows for easy installation and removal of interconnecting signal cables. A 3/8-24 threaded hole at the bottom of the sensor housing supports multiple mounting options.
The 200350 and 200355 accelerometers are housed vibration sensors designed for general applications. They are used in combination with Trendmaster Pro.
The low-frequency velocity sensor is specifically designed for hydraulic applications to detect vibrations in stator cores, stator frames, and bearing supports. Accessory housings, mounting kits, and other accessories can protect your sensor system assets and enable faster, more convenient installation.
This sensor measures absolute vibration in the frequency range of 0.5 Hz to 1.0 kHz. Its dual-wire design adopts moving-coil technology and built-in signal conditioning circuitry to provide a voltage output proportional to vibration velocity. The sensor is used with the 3500/46M Hydraulic Monitor.
- Sensitivity: 20 mV/(mm/s) (508 mV/(in/s)) ±10%
The 330450 high-temperature accelerometer isolates the sensing element from the signal conditioning electronics.
